Dry Depot protects your information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide to Dry Depot.

We show just the last four digits of your credit card number when we confirm your order. The only time we transmit the entire credit card number is to the appropriate credit card company during the processing of your order.

Remember, to sign out when you are done placing an order on a public computer.

Your personal information is safe with Dry Depot. We use the most up-to-date data security procedures. We also do not share your information.

When you receive our emails, at the bottom you will find an “unsubscribe” link. Please click that link and follow the instructions.

We would love your feedback on any products that we may not carry that you would want us to look into. We are here to ensure customer satisfaction and we will do the best we can to make sure we provide everything our customers desire.

Dry Depot does not offer samples at this time. You can choose to buy individual options or smaller packages of your desired product, but Dry Depot does not send samples. Due to strict health regulations, and to keep your incontinence supplies sanitary, we adhere to a strict no open policy. In other words, if a package of incontinence supplies is opened, our policy does not allow for returns. That is why, we recommend, you discuss your order with one of our friendly representatives or review our sizing charts and descriptions thoroughly, to avoid any inconvenience in the future. At Dry Depot, making sure you are happy is the most important aspect of what we do! We will gladly return orders and exchanges on any unopened and unused packages or items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened or used items.

Any items that are incorrectly shipped, delivered damaged, or defective can also be returned or exchanged as long as they are in the original box and packages that they were shipped and delivered in.

Items that cannot be exchanged or returned are any items that have been opened, not in their original packaging and anything that has been in contact with human skin.

At the current moment, we have not finalized a solution to any form of financing.

We accept all major credit and debit cards with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express logo. We also accept PayPal.

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the shipment. If you don’t want your order once it arrives, please email us for a return shipment label.

You will receive an email informing you that your order has shipped and it will also contain a tracking number for you to be able to check the status of the order until it arrives at your door.

Within a few minutes of placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received.

We currently offer two day shipping most anywhere in the United States. To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

  3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue

  4. Select a payment method and select Continue

The total shipping & handling cost will be listed.

Depending on stock availability and where your order is being shipped, you can expect your order to arrive at your doorstep within two business days from the day we ship it.
